For Firearm Purchases and FFL Transfers (Mandatory Under Federal Law):

  • Full legal name, date of birth, place of birth
  • Current residential address (no P.O. boxes)
  • Government-issued photo identification (Driver's License, State ID, or Passport)
  • Social Security Number (for NICS background check)
  • ATF Form 4473 responses (citizenship status, criminal history, mental health adjudications, restraining orders, etc.)
  • Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) background check results
  • For FFL transfers: shipping information from transferring dealer, firearm make/model/serial number

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • IP address, browser type, operating system, device information
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, links clicked, referring website
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6)

3. How We Use Your Information

3.1 Legal Compliance (Firearms-Related)

  • ATF Compliance: We maintain ATF Form 4473 records and our Acquisition and Disposition (A&D) record for a minimum of 20 years as required by 27 CFR § 478.124
  • NICS Background Checks: We submit required information to the FBI National Instant Criminal Background Check System
  • State Background Checks: We submit required information to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation for state-mandated checks
  • Reporting Requirements: We report multiple handgun sales to ATF as required by 27 CFR § 478.126a
  • Trace Requests: We respond to ATF trace requests and law enforcement inquiries as required by law

3.2 Business Operations

  • Process and fulfill your orders (firearms and non-firearms products)
  • Provide customer service and respond to inquiries
  • Send order confirmations, shipping notifications, and transaction receipts
  • Manage FFL transfer process and coordinate with shipping dealers

8. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are under 18, do not use this website or provide any information to us. Federal law prohibits firearm sales to persons under 18 (long guns) or 21 (handguns).
