You do not need an FFL to purchase firearms from us. However, you must be legally eligible to own firearms and pass a background check. If you're purchasing a firearm online from another dealer, it must be shipped to an FFL dealer (like us) for transfer.
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID (Driver's License, State ID, or Passport). Colorado residents must have a Colorado ID. You'll also complete ATF Form 4473 and undergo a background check ($15 state fee).
Most background checks in Colorado are completed within minutes to a few hours. However, Colorado law requires a mandatory 3-day waiting period from the start of the background check. You cannot take possession of the firearm until BOTH the check is approved AND the 3-day waiting period has passed, whichever takes longer.
Yes, we ship firearms to licensed FFL dealers nationwide. Firearms cannot be shipped directly to individuals (except in specific cases like C&R license holders). All shipments comply with federal and state regulations.
Non-firearm items can be returned within 30 days in new, unused condition. Due to federal regulations, firearms cannot be returned once the background check is initiated. See our Returns & Exchanges page for complete details.
